It's Begining to Look A Lot Like Christmas

My law firm host a breakfast with Santa each year before the annual Christmas parade. They send you home with a picture of Santa and this year brings us the second installment of David's "Get me the hell away from Santa" pictures. He is literally terrified of Santa. We are now threatening that if he is not good, Santa will sneak in to visit him in the middle of the night.

In other David news, showering is his new favorite past time. He LOVES playing with the shower cream. He likes to make shower cream designs on the door. Looks like we have a little Picasso on our hands..

After the Christmas parade this Saturday, we ventured out to Grapevine to go to an ICE exhibit at the Gaylord Texas. We weren't really sure what to expect- Ice is basically a huge interactive display of ice carved creations. This year the theme is Shrek. Very cool in theory. The problem is that the whole thing is in a huge tent enclosure that is kept at 3 degrees. Turns out that 3 degrees is a little too cold for the Waterman family (and Aunt Hayley).  Despite the big jacket they make you wear, it was freezing (literally).

We put up our Christmas tree on Sunday. David was really into putting the balls on the tree. He is also very much into taking them off and trying to throw them as well.

David's newest skill-- taking off his clothes all by himself. He hasn't tried in much in public, but he does start undressing any time he gets it in his head that he wants to shower.
