I am shamefully behind on blogging and we have done so many exciting things the past few weeks. So here is my attempt at updating everyone with photos:
David got his first motorized vehicle |
That he rode all around the neighborhood and into every curb he could find..then he decided he would give a shot at pushing it. |
We have made a few trips back to the Nature and Science museum... David took his turn at milking the cow. |
We have had lots of walks to the park. David thinks he is in charge of walking Emma. |
We baked a cake |
We did some gardening |
We found a worm, but David called it a snake. He was quite insistent that it was a snake. |
Mommy read an article about how much fun you can having playing with macaroni and a shovel. Turns out this is an activity best tried outside. |
The macaroni activity attempt no.2 - outside. |
David has decided it is much more fun to go down slides backwards. |
We have played with lots of bubbles. |
We cleaned out the garage and David found a bucket...which he decided belonged on his head. |
- we got a new haircut (which you can see in the later pictures above)
- thanks to all the time Daddy spends working with David at night on his ABC books - David can now point out A and B and can pretty much say the words for everything pictured in the ABC books (with the exception of some hard works- like porcupine)
- David's eczema is cleared up and under control. We did, however, find out that David is highly allergic to dog hair and dog dander.
- David has really started to have a preference for picking out what he wants to wear. Currently, he wants to wear a dinosaur shirt that MiMar sent to him almost everyday.
