One of the funniest thing about our trip to Chuck E Cheese was David's air hockey skills. He is pretty good for being so young, but every time he hits the puck, he grunts - like a professional tennis player or something. It is funny. Hopefully can hear it in the video.

Hayley's Visit
Aunt Hayley came to visit us this past weekend and it was so much fun and so great to see her. I am still holding out hope that she will come to her senses and come back to Dallas. In between me having to work (boo!), we went to Dave and Buster's, Chuck E Cheese and the Dallas World Aquarium. And Hayley and I even snuck in a visit to my favorite restaurant - Rise - and a movie at Inwood theater. It was a great weekend and just made us realize how much we miss Hayley living in Dallas. Luckily, David and I are going to fly down to Austin in two weeks to visit her while Matt and his brothers celebrate Jake's last days as an unmarried man.
On Sunday night, we had spagetti with "meatless" meatballs. I think David liked it:

Happy Belated Birthday Granny D
We missed Granny D's birthday on July 4th, but we were definitely thinking of her. Here is a video David made the night of Granny's D Birthday.
Thanks for everything you do for us. We hope you had a wonderful birthday and look forward to seeing you soon!
Best.Vacation.Ever
We just got back from Mexico - where we had the best vacation ever. It was just perfect- David was great, the weather was beautiful, the wedding was gorgeous and David was the cutest ring bearer ever. The only bad part - I was busy closing a deal before we left and so I didn't have a lot of time to pack - which meant that I forgot the battery charger for the camera. So we don't have a ton of pictures. I will get the professional photos from Kristen when she gets back from her honeymoon. Matt did, however, get a few on his phone - which are below (in sort of random order).
The resort had a Michael Jackson impersonator as entertainment one night--
The night of the rehearsal dinner - Kristen playing on the beach with the kiddos:
Before the wedding
When we got back to the room after the wedding, Grecia, the babysitter, had fallen asleep with David. It was very sweet. She was great. We actually gave her our information in case she ever wants to move to the US. She would make a perfect nanny- she was amazing with David. He actually asked to go see her before we left.
We also went on an excursion to swim with the dolphins. The took photos and a video- which we, of course, had to buy. David had so much fun. Some of the older kids in our group were scared, but not David - he loved it. Even tried to give the dolphin an open mouth kiss.

Some more random pictures from the trip:
Here is me dancing (at least attempting to) with Kristen's dad (her family was awesome - they did everything to make us feel welcomed).
David swimming - this is the pool that our balcony opened up to - It was nice because the only access to it was from the suites, so there were not many people there. David would have stayed in the pool 24 hours a day if we would let him.
